Battlefield 4 carbines

Battlefield 4 carbinesBattlefield 4 carbines are popular weapons for the Engineer class. They’re light and agile and offer great firepower. Carbines are primarily used by the Engineer class in the game, however, other classes are free to equip the weapons as well. Each faction starts with a default carbine, like the M4 for the US and the AKS-74U for the Russian side. Players can later unlock more and better weapons. The Carbines in Battlefield 4 are mainly used by the Engineer class, but unlike in other games in the series, other classes can use them as well.

Battlefield 4 carbines list

Carbines are the main weapons for Engineers, and players can unlock additional weapons in the game. Battlefield 4 carbines can be customized with additional attachments, such as silencers, scopes, flashlights, and more. Like other guns in the game, players can add different camo options to their weapons as well.

Battlefield 4 carbines unlocks

Battlefield 4 carbines unlocksBattlefield 4 carbines feature numerous unlocks that can enhance the weapon. Players can unlock silencers for a more stealthy approach, or larger scopes for longer range, and even laser sights. Carbine unlocks (like all other gun unlocks) are earned by earning kills with each individual carbine. Some of the carbine unlocks include the Ergo grip, the heavy barrel, the compensator, the muzzle brake, and many more. For a complete list of unlocks, check out the Battlefield 4 attachments and accessories page.

Battlefield 4 carbines tips

Battlefield 4 carbines are often shortened versions of larger assault rifles. This gives them better mobility with very few compromises. Just because they’re shortened versions of larger assault rifles doesn’t mean that carbines are less useful. They’re often just as powerful, and only lack in range. Carbines are some of the most versatile Battlefield 4 weapons, and can be used both at close, medium, and even long range, depending on the weapon and how it’s equipped.

The Ak5C is an assault rifle, not a carbine.

This may be a derp question, but does anyone know which of these two guns will have more stopping power: SCAR-H or M4A1? Currently I am assuming the SCAR-H.

The SCAR-H fires a much larger round (.308 I believe) where as the M4 fires a 5.56 NATO. SCAR-H is much more powerful and is actually a battle rifle like the G3, and M14 <–(all versions)

technically the SCAR-H fires the 7.62 NATO round, which is really just .308 Winchester, like you said. Of course, I will have to disagree with saying all M14 variants are battle rifles. I think that there have some more recent modifications that make it more of a designated marksman rifle, so in a sense it became a sniper. But, that’s only a couple of versions. Also, I can’t help but notice that some of these shouldn’t be classified as carbines, like the SCAR-H.

Just sayn… Its NOT cool when I spend time/effort to get in behind a soldier close enough to knife, and a Single shot to the BACK of the head with [ANY] Assault Rifle, ONLY to have it wound them….
Other “Issues” I have, are the UNLOCKS for weapons; which are:
    1. They’re Released inconsistently for their purpose.
2.They don’t enhance the gun without SERIOUS penalty for their expected purpose: TO MAKE THE GUN BETTER.
